The invitation email

The invitation to sign arrives by email and contains your personal signing link. bb-sign also emails you when it is your turn, when your signature is pending and when the document is complete.

Every email about documents comes from sign@binarybridges.co. The signing page is available in English and Spanish; you can switch the language in the top right corner.

It's your turn to sign: {title} When the envelope has a signing order and the people before you have signed. It contains your signing link.

  1. Search your mailbox for You have a document to sign or sign@binarybridges.co, including the spam folder.
  2. If the email is in spam, mark it as safe so the next ones reach your inbox.
  3. If you cannot find it, ask the person who sent you the document to confirm your email address on the envelope. They can correct it or send you a new envelope.

The link is valid for 72 hours by default, or for the period set by the person who sent the document. Once you have signed, the same link takes you to your signed copy.
