Your account
Your bb-sign account is created by an administrator of your organization. You receive an invitation by email, set your password and start working at https://sign.binarybridges.co. This page explains how to activate the account, what you will find when you sign in and how to adjust the application to your preference.
Receive the invitation
Section titled “Receive the invitation”When the administrator creates your user, bb-sign sends you an email from
no-reply@binarybridges.co with a link to set your password. The link is valid
for 72 h from the moment it is sent.
If the link is no longer valid, ask the administrator to use Resend invitation on the Users page. You will receive a new email with a new link, and the period starts again.
If the email is not in your inbox, check your spam folder and confirm with the administrator that your address is spelled correctly. The invitation can be resent as many times as needed.
Sign in for the first time
Section titled “Sign in for the first time”-
Open the link in the invitation.

Type a password and confirm it.

Sign in at https://sign.binarybridges.co with your email and the password you just set. The application takes you to the Dashboard.
From then on, sign in at that same address. If you forget your password, use the reset option on the sign-in screen; the email comes from the same address as the invitation. To leave, use Logout at the bottom of the side menu.
What you see for your role
Section titled “What you see for your role”Your role appears under your name at the bottom of the side menu: Org Admin or Org Member. The menu adapts to that role.

The administration pages are reserved for administrators. If a member opens one of them directly, the application shows “Access Denied”.
What you can do with each envelope (view, download, create, send or cancel) depends on your role in the workspace where the envelope lives. You will find the details in Organizations, workspaces and roles.
Choose the language
Section titled “Choose the language”The application is available in Spanish and English. The Language selector is in the top right corner of every page, with the options Español and English, and your choice is saved in the browser. If you do not choose one, bb-sign uses the browser language and, if it is neither of the two, English.
Change the theme
Section titled “Change the theme”Next to the language selector there is a button to switch between light and dark mode: Switch to dark mode or Switch to light mode, depending on which is active. Your choice is also saved in the browser.
