Administer the organization

As an organization admin, you decide who uses bb-sign, which envelopes each person sees, which systems connect to the API and which certificate seals your documents. This section covers each of those tasks.

Who: organization admins and platform admins. Where: the Labels, Users, Storage and Settings entries of the sidebar, which only admins see.

An admin reaches every workspace without being a member: they see every envelope, can cancel it and download its documents. Day-to-day work with envelopes is in Sending for signature.

The platform administrator is Binary Bridges staff and handles the tasks that affect the commercial and service-wide configuration. Request them from Binary Bridges support.
